RCS Trucking & Freight, Inc. is committed to providing the highest level of training to all our drivers to ensure they are prepared to operate in a safe and efficient manner before ever hauling their first load. All new drivers are put through a 3-day orientation prior to driving to ensure they know all the company policies and procedures.
We’re committed to operating the safest fleet possible and this is only possible by ensuring our fleet is well maintained with the highest concern for the safety of our associates and the motoring public. At RCS, we have a dedicated team of highly trained associates whose sole purpose to ensure the proper maintenance of our equipment.
We work hard to ensure that our drivers have a very competitive pay and benefits package. Our Regional and OTR drivers receive a weekly pay guarantee. This guarantee pay is in place to ensure that our drivers do not suffer financially because of things that are out of their control. (Breakdowns, Inclement Weather, etc).

We’ve included some of our most frequently asked questions to help answer your questions and determine if we’re a good fit.
We offer percentage-based pay, with a weekly guarantee for all Regional and OTR drivers, plus quarterly performance increases after 90 days.
Flatbed: Percentage of revenue, experienced drivers start at 27%.
Van: Mileage-based pay on all miles (loaded & empty), fuel bonus, and performance-based incentives.
Drivers start at .58 per mile based on verifiable experience.
Local drivers receive percentage-based pay.
Yes! We welcome pets. Your pets are a part of your family, therefore, they’re an extension of ours!
Spouses can ride all year, and children over 10 years old can ride in the spring & summer months.
